Nausea, food aversions, and food cravings are all very real for most pregnant women. And if you’ve been pregnant before, you probably know that there’s things that sound really good, and there’s other things you just can’t stand the thought of. You asked a specific question about Mentos and mint gum and if they’re safe during pregnancy. And if those are some of the things in your craving, then go ahead. Those things are just fine. And oftentimes, things like gum, or hard candies that you’re sucking on, keeping something in your mouth constantly, or even just sipping on water can help to curb the nausea. And if you’re craving it, then of course, it’s going to make you happy too, and maybe feel a little bit better. If you have more questions for me in the future, feel free to ask them on our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/IntermountainMoms, and recommend us to your friends and family too.
